On 28 March, the Jerzy Semkow Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra will participate once again in the Ludwig van Beethoven Easter Festival. The festival takes place every year since 1997 during the period just before Easter. Since 2004 it is held in Warsaw (formerly it took place in Krakow). The festival programme includes symphonic concerts, chamber performances and recitals featuring world-famous ensembles, directors and soloists. Each edition takes a new perspective on Beethoven’s works, illustrating his inspirations, the influence of his music on creators of other eras, as well as on contemporary art and the world today.
