Key responsibilities:

  • Promote artistic events with participation of the POSI.
  • Distribute POSI information and materials to media.
  • Run POSI promotion and advertising activities.
  • Establish and manage cooperation with sponsors.
  • Archive press materials about the POSI.
  • Document POSI concerts using visual (photography), phonographic and audiovisual recording techniques.
  • Keep statistics of POSI recording sessions and concerts.
  • Run ticket sale and booking.
  • Organise the audience. Establish and manage long-term relationships with Clients.
  • Manage the website and social media presence.
  • Cooperate with photographers, literary secretary and translation company on a regular basis.
  • Raise additional funds and prepare grant applications.
  • Ensure the positive perception of the POSI.
  • Cooperate with guest soloists, conductors and their agents to sign contracts for participation of artists in POSI concerts. Coordinate and manage the logistic aspects of artistic events: organise rehearsals, manage relationships with artists, etc.
  • Prepare documentation of artistic activities, reports and settlements with the ZAIKS.
  • Prepare and oversee performance of contracts for concerts in Poland and other countries.
  • Participate in orchestra rehearsals during preparations for implementation of coordinated projects.
  • Coordinate and organise entrusted artistic projects (concerts and recordings), in Poland and other countries, and ongoing artistic work. Ensure the implementation of entrusted projects in accordance with the budget.
  • Coordinate technical and organisational conditions (in accordance with riders) of conducted projects; monitor arrangements carried out by partners, co-organisers and owners/managers of concert halls and sites.

Employment terms and conditions:

Venue: 7th floor, PKiN building in Warsaw, i.e. the official seat of the Polish Orchestra Sinfonia Iuventus. Lifts are available in the building.
Workplace: No special equipment to allow a blind person to perform the work. Computer work, telephone conversations, movements inside the building.
Working time: one full-time position, employment contract.

Key requirements:
– full legal capacity and unrestricted public rights,
– no criminal records with respect to a wilful offence subject to public prosecution or a wilful tax offence,
– Polish citizenship (candidates who are not Polish citizens may also apply, pursuant to Articles 11.2 and 11.3 of the Act of 21 November 2008 on self-government employees (consolidated text, Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2014, item 1202),
– higher education,
– professional experience in similar work.

– high level of personal culture, ability to edit letters, think logically and apply legal regulations,
