Conductor, cultural animator, manager and educator. Associated, throughout his artistic career as a conductor, with the Wrocław Opera, Wrocław Philharmonic, PR and TV Centre in Wrocław, Provincial House of Culture, IMPART Art Centre, Pro Musica Artistic Agency, Academy of Music in Wrocław, Music High School in Wrocław, Sudecka Philharmonic in Wałbrzych and Theater Goerlitz (Germany). Creator and long-term artistic director of the PR and TV Chamber Ensemble in Wrocław, the White Stork Synagogue Choir in Wrocław, the Polish-German Young Philharmonic in Lower Silesia, the Wrocław Philharmonic Chamber Choir and a number of other groups.
He has appeared at many festivals, including Wratislavia Cantans, the Festival of Jewish Culture in Krakow, the Gaude Mater Festival, Silesia Sonans, Legnica Cantat, the Moniuszko Festival in Kudowa, the Stage Songs Review in Wrocław, Singer’s Warsaw Festival, the Music Festival in Łańcut, festivals in Madrid, Wiesbaden, Riga, Nancy, Berlin and Tallinn. He has conducted concerts in philharmonics both in Poland and abroad. He cooperates with the Warsaw Chamber Opera and has appeared many times in most European countries, as well as China. He has conducted many operas, including The Haunted Manor by Stanisław Moniuszko, Nabucco by Giuseppe Verdi, Manru by Ignacy Paderewski, Aida, La Traviata and Il trovatore by Giuseppe Verdi, and The Magic Flute by Wolfgang Mozart.
He has participated in many world premieres, including Polish Mass and Cantata “Canto del Mundo” by Hadrian Filip Tabęcki. Rybarczyk has also created recordings for record companies, radio and television stations in Poland and abroad. He has toured and worked with many outstanding artists: Joseph Malovany, Radosław Żukowski, Piotr Łykowski, Moshe Stern, Kazimierz Myrlak, Krzysztof Kolberger, Jerzy Mechliński, Lew Kuznietzov, Andor Izsák, Lindsay Davidson, Bente Kahan, Justyna Steczkowska, Adam Hanuszkiewicz, Wiesław Hejna, Roman Kołakowski and many others. He has also worked in film production for: Seszele, directed by Bogusław Linda, Deszczowy żołnierz (Rainy Soldier) and The Winner directed by Wiesław Saniewski, among other films. He has been a juror in many musical and composition competitions. Creator and artistic director of the Wrocław Tumskie Evenings, Havdala Concerts and, along with Karolina Szykier-Koszucka, the Jewish Cultural Festival SIMCHA. Artistic director of the International Moniuszko Festival in Kudowa. Founder of the Andrzej Hiolski International Singing Competition and Moniuszko Session in Kudowa. The author of many shows, including: “Koniec wieku – spotkanie kulture” (End of an era – a meeting of cultures), Angels of Europe, Misterium Iniquitatis and Requiem Pro Pace. He created the “Bible and Music” series, “Sing with a Rabbi, pastor and priest” workshops and neighbourhood discussions in the Mutual Respect neighbourhood of Wrocław. Artistic director of the PRO ARTE Foundation, director of the Art & Business Director Artistic Agency, President of the Board of the “Neighbourhood of Mutual Respect of Four Faiths” Foundation, Vice-President of the Board and artistic director of the PRO ARTE 2002 Foundation. In honour of his artistic and social activities, he has received, among others, the St. Brother Albert’s Award, a Bronze Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis, the Polish-German Germanus Award, medals for “Merit for Tolerance”, “Merit for Lower Silesian Province” and “Merito de Wratislavia – Merit for Wrocław”.
