Scholarship Programme “Young Poland”

Dominik Płociński, a cellist of the Polish Orchestra Sinfonia Iuventus, is one of the winners of the 13th edition of the Young Poland Scholarship Programme organised by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.

He was presented with a diploma by Prof. Piotr Gliński, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. “They are the best of the best,” said Prof. Gliński about the scholarship winners. The aim of the scholarship is to enable the winners to make a significant progress in their artistic careers.

The Young Poland Scholarship Programme is designed for artists up to 35 years of age who have outstanding achievements in the disciplines they represent. The scholarship funds may be allocated to concrete artistic projects, studies and artistic travels abroad, or purchase of instruments and equipment necessary to perform artistic work.

Congratulations!
