Box of CDs “100 for 100. Musical Decades of Freedom” by PWM Editions in which Jerzy Semkow Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra played its part was awarded with two Fryderyk awards in following categories: Best Symphonic Music Album and Most Outstanding Polish Music Recording. One of the CDs features recordings of Nocturne for Orchestra by Piotr Perkowski and Le soleil, concert for percussion and orchestra by Grażyna Pstrokońska-Nawratil performed under direction of Maciej Tworek with a talented percussionist Marianna Bednarska.
