We Have Concluded the 2025/2026 Artistic Season
Krauze | Brahms | Bartók
With the concert “Krauze | Brahms | Bartók”, we brought the 2025/2026 artistic season of the Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra named after Jerzy Semkow to a close. Under the baton of Wojciech Rodek, works by Zygmunt Krauze, Johannes Brahms and Béla Bartók formed a fitting culmination of a season filled with artistic challenges and achievements. We were especially honoured to welcome Zygmunt Krauze himself, whose presence made this occasion even more memorable.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our outstanding soloist Natalia Dragan for her passionate and virtuosic interpretation of Johannes Brahms’s Violin Concerto in D major. Her performance was met with great enthusiasm by the audience and will remain one of the most memorable musical moments of the season.
This special evening was also marked by heartfelt farewells. In keeping with the mission of our Orchestra, which brings together outstanding musicians up to the age of thirty, we bid farewell to those players who have reached the end of their journey with Sinfonia Iuventus. Thank you for your talent, dedication, countless rehearsals and concerts, and for helping to create the unique spirit of our ensemble. We are proud that you have been part of the history of Sinfonia Iuventus and wish you every success in your future artistic careers, both in Poland and abroad.
Although the artistic season has come to an end, several exciting performances still lie ahead, and we warmly invite you to join us:
• 21 June 2026 – Music from the Silver Screen – a symphonic concert as part of the Centralny Plac Muzyki Festival in Warsaw.
• 4 July 2026 – Rossini / Mozart / Williams / Kilar – a concert presented within the 30th International Festival “Nova Music and Architecture”.
• 6 July 2026 – AMERICANA 250. Ravel | Gershwin – the opening concert of the 26th Musical Gardens Festival.
