Sinfonia Iuventus at the "The Mis-present Art" Festival
On 21 June 2025, the Jerzy Semkow Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra performed at the Witold Lutosławski Concert Studio of the Polish Radio in Warsaw, taking part in the next edition of the "The Mis-present Art" festival organised by the Institute of National Remembrance. The orchestra was conducted by Norbert Twórczyński, and the soloist of the evening was pianist Piotr Orzechowski (Pianohooligan).
This unique concert was dedicated to Polish composers whose work - although extremely valuable - remained in the shadows for decades for ideological and political reasons.
We are delighted to have been part of this event and to have contributed to the rediscovery of the extraordinary heritage of 20th century Polish music.
