“PULSAR” Album Premiere Featuring Sinfonia Iuventus

announcements

On May 26, the debut album “PULSAR” by Amelia Salloum was officially released

Amelia Salloum is a second-year undergraduate student in the percussion class of Professor Jacek Wota and Bartłomiej Dudek, and at the same time one of the most distinctive personalities of the young generation of Polish percussionists.

“PULSAR” is an exceptionally personal and thoughtfully conceived artistic project in which percussion becomes a language of storytelling — rich in color, emotion, tension, and space. The album features contemporary compositions by Polish composers for solo percussion and string orchestra, including works written especially for the Artist and recorded for the very first time on this release.

The recordings were made in collaboration with the Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra named after Jerzy Semkow, conducted by Piotr Artur Wolanin. The honorary patronage of the “PULSAR” album release project was assumed by the Centre for Artistic Education.

We warmly congratulate Amelia on this remarkable debut and thank everyone who contributed to the creation of the album — composers, musicians, educators, sound engineers, and project partners.

We wish Amelia many more inspiring projects, continued artistic success, and many outstanding future releases.

We encourage everyone to listen to “PULSAR” on streaming platforms and in its physical edition.
