He conducted numerous orchestras such as Szczecin Philharmonic, NFM Wroclaw Philharmonic, Poznan Philharmonic, Lodz Philharmonic, Warmia and Mazury Philharmonic, Zielona Gora Philharmonic, Gorzow Philharmonic, Opole Philharmonic, Podkarpacie Philharmonic, Lublin Philharmonic, Opera at the Castle in Szczecin, Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra, Silesian Chamber Orchestra, Elbląg Chamber Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra of Lviv Virtuosi and Symphony Orchestra of the City of Kaunas. Twórczyński also led the premieres of compositions by Piotr Klimek, Artur Cieślak, Mateusz Ryczek, Krystian Skubała and Paweł Łukaszewski, whose Symphony No. 8 “Banganarti Hymns” was first presented as part of the 57th International Festival Wratislavia Cantans.

He has also made several recordings for the Szczecin Philharmonic, among them music for the Polish-Danish film “Apolonia, Apolonia”, which was shortlisted for the 96th Academy Awards in the documentary category. He collaborated with many eminent artists and publishing houses, including Acte Préalable (Niepodległa [Independent] Oratorio by Artur Cieślak, 2021), Bartłomiej Nizioł, Jakub Jakowicz, Leszek Możdżer, Stacey Kent, Janusz Wawrowski, Jarosław Bręk, Samuel Seidenberg, Paweł Steczek and Edgar Manyak.

Norbert Twórczyński successfully combines artistic and teaching work as an assistant professor at the Academy of Art in Szczecin.
